What is the lease term and the security deposit?

1 year (contact our office for special circumstances for a shorter lease). Deposits will vary depending on your approval. Can be from $500-1.5 times rent amount. Application fee, security deposit, prorated first months rent and fees associated with the lease (Tenant benefit package, utilities, pet fee, etc). Call for pricing.

Are pets allowed on the property?

Additional deposit per pet $350, pet fee per pet $100, pet rent $75 for the first pet and $50 for the second pet. Only 2 pets allowed. Aggressive dogs or any dog with bite history will not be accepted

How do I schedule a tour and apply?

Please contact our office to schedule a tour. Our application fee is $50 an adult, and each applicant over 18 must apply and be listed on the lease agreement. We try to have an answer within 48 hours, this can sometimes take longer depending on any verifications we are waiting on.

Is parking available for residents?

The townhomes have a 2 car garage. All guests need to park on the street and not allowed to park at the apartment complex.
